The Panaytayon people are acquired a unique culture that they treasure and inherit from their ancestors, like in religion majority are Roman Catholic and very devoted to their Patron Saints, STA. CRUZ, believe to be miraculous image. The songs used especially in the NOVENA are still from Spanish time which is traditionally used by the folks even until now.
A unique folk dance like kuratcha is still existing. In Fiennal Way, the people symphatized even if there houses are far visiting the dead they offered prayers, flowers, rice and money.
From the time to time, Panaytayon is still strugging on same problems within the barangay, but peple still hoping, praying and seeking for their success.
